What is Invisalign?

Invisalign treatment uses a series of virtually invisible, removable, and comfortable aligners made with 3D computer imaging technology. Combining this technology with the expertise of our certified orthodontists allows us to design fantastic smiles without the use of braces.

Your final result is set up digitally, with Dr. Kirk planning the movements of your teeth in 3D. A series of upper and lower aligners are fabricated, which sequentially move your teeth from their current position to the final result.

Small attachments, made of tooth-colored material, are bonded to some of your teeth to help the aligners achieve more complex tooth movements.

Aligners must be worn for a minimum of 22 hours per day, removing them only for brushing, flossing, drinking, and eating. Since they are removable, oral hygiene is easier than with braces.

Our orthodontists are recognized as Preferred Providers for Invisalign technology.

Can Invisalign correct my bite?

Invisalign is a good option for correction of many orthodontic problems. We will let you know if Invisalign is a good option for your smile at your first visit. We may also discuss other options, like clear brackets, to make sure that you are fully informed and able to make the best decision for your lifestyle.

How much does Invisalign treatment cost?

The cost varies by the complexity of your case, treatment duration expected, and the need for other appliances to be used in conjunction with the Invisalign aligners. We'll be happy to provide you with an estimate following your comprehensive examination.
